3-DAY COMFORT EXCURSION TO CORDOBA Experience the timeless elegance of Cordoba, once the capital of Al-Andalus and home to one of the most breathtaking monuments in the world: the Mezquita-Catedral. This 3-day tour blends culture, gastronomy and tradition with unique highlights such as a spectacular Andalusian horse show and a visit to the medieval Castle of Almodovar del Rio, known from Game of Thrones.

Itinerary

Day 1: Depart from your accommodation in Andalusia and travel to Cordoba. After hotel check-in, enjoy a relaxing guided walk through the historic city centre.

Day 1: A professional local guide introduces the Jewish Quarter, its narrow whitewashed streets, Calleja de las Flores and the traditional patios. Lunch is included, followed by free time in the late afternoon.

Day 1: Dinner in a traditional restaurant with classic Cordoban dishes such as salmorejo or rabo de toro.

Day 2: After breakfast, visit the Mezquita-Catedral, exploring its forest of arches, impressive mihrab and the Catholic cathedral built within the mosque.

Day 2: Visit the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, a fortress-palace with gardens, towers and history from Roman times to the Christian monarchs.

Day 2: Lunch is included and the afternoon is free for Cordoba at your own pace, including the Guadalquivir River or Roman Bridge. In the evening, attend an Andalusian horse show with purebred horses, classical dressage and flamenco elements.

Day 3: After breakfast and check-out, visit the Castle of Almodovar del Rio, a medieval fortress overlooking the Guadalquivir River, dating back to 760 AD and featured in Game of Thrones.

Day 3: Explore the towers, courtyards, dungeons and panoramic countryside views, then enjoy a final included lunch before returning to your accommodation.
